World of Warcraft (WoW) players have a lot to look forward to next week with the Trading Post update for May. The Trading Post is a monthly update that offers new tasks and rewards for players to complete. This has been a popular feature since it was introduced in Patch 10.0.5. Let’s take a look at what players can expect in the upcoming Trading Post update.
Subtopics:
- April’s Rewards and May’s Rewards
- Update to the Trading Post
- Traveler’s Log and Twitch Drops
April’s Rewards and May’s Rewards:
Last month, players were rewarded with Blades of Elune for completing various objectives in the Traveler’s Log. Players had until April 30 to collect the rewards. Although these rewards may return in the future, players should focus on the rewards for May. The Savage Green Battle Turtle mount will be given to those who earn 1,000 Traveler’s Log points throughout the month.
Update to the Trading Post:
The update to the Trading Post will come one day before the release of World of Warcraft Patch 10.1, Embers of Neltharion. Players can spend their Trader’s Tenders on rewards such as the robotic Pippin pet, cloaks, and weapons, with prices ranging from 50 to 400 Tenders each. The Vestment of the Horned Valarjar ensemble set is the most expensive reward of the month, costing 800 Trader’s Tenders.
Traveler’s Log and Twitch Drops:
The objectives that players will have to complete in the Traveler’s Log will be themed around the Children’s Week holiday, as well as some content that will arrive with Patch 10.1. Additionally, Twitch Drops will be available next week, offering additional rewards for those who watch Embers of Neltharion content on participating channels.
With the Trading Post update, Twitch Drops, and the release of Patch 10.1, May is shaping up to be a busy month for World of Warcraft players. WoW is available now for PC.
